We work with beekeepers who share our commitment to keeping honey natural. Our hives are placed in some of the most pristine and untouched environments in Western Australia, where the bees forage on native forests and wild landscapes. Every batch reflects the season, the flowers and the place it comes from — and we keep it that way.

Unlike commercial honey, ours is never pasteurised, overheated or diluted with syrups. We don’t filter out the good stuff either. The natural enzymes, pollens and plant compounds stay right where they belong. That’s what gives raw honey its flavour, its character and its natural activity.

We believe people deserve to know exactly what they’re eating. That’s why we test every batch for its Total Activity (TA+) rating.
